Bits By The Pound

Sound does not work out of the box with Gutsy.

Consulting http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=577469 yields:

sudo apt-get install linux-backports-modules-generic

Reboot so all changes take effect; you should now have sound

Change amixer settings so the microphone plugging in to the side will work (I haven’t got internal to work yet).
> amixer set Capture 15 cap
> amixer set Mux,0 3 cap
